Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT positions, including gathering job requirements, candidate sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiations, and onboarding.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand specific staffing needs and create tailored recruitment strategies.
• Source candidates through multiple channels, including job boards, social media, internal databases, and employee referrals.
• Screen resumes and conduct phone interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, technical skills, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and other key stakeholders.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely communication, feedback, and support throughout the recruitment process.
• Negotiate offers, ensuring smooth transitions from offer acceptance to joining.
• Maintain and update recruitment records, reports, and candidate databases to track progress and activities.
• Stay current with industry trends in IT talent acquisition and apply best practices to ensure a high-quality recruitment process.

Skills Required:

• 3 to 7 years of Recruitment experience.
• Contract / Contract to Hire staffing experience is mandatory
• Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri).
• Experience with service-based clients/Big 4 companies, especially in the Information Technology domain.
• Preferred experience with Oracle/SAP/Cloud technologies-related requirements.
• Candidate should be ready to work from Noida office all 5 days.
• Good presentation, communication & interpersonal skills.
• Highly energetic and motivated individual.
