Technical Recruiter (IT)

Position

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-end IT recruitment sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding.
Creating & executing recruitment strategies for IT positions.
Coordinating with clients and hiring managers for role requirements.
Managing candidate pipelines and ensuring a smooth hiring process.

Requirements:

1 2 years of experience in IT recruitment.
Strong sourcing skills using portals, LinkedIn, and Boolean search.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Immediate availability to join.
