Technical Recruiter Experience: 1 -3 years Location: Wave Rock, Hyderabad Work Mode: Work from Office 5 Days WFO Should be avaialbe for F2F interview(Manadate) - No virtual Interviews Key Responsibilities: End-to-end technical recruitment for product engineering and digital transformation role. Sourcing and screening candidates through various channels including job portals, social platforms, and internal databases Collaborating with managers to understand job requirements and define sourcing strategies Managing the candidate pipeline, conducting preliminary interviews, and coordinating interview processes Ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle Maintaining and updating recruitment reports and dashboards We are looking for proactive professionals with strong communication skills, a good understanding of the technology landscape, and proven ability to deliver in a fast-paced environment.
