Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and relationship-focused Technical Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The successful candidate will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical roles, from initial sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding. A key part of this role involves developing strong, collaborative partnerships with stakeholders to understand their hiring needs, align on expectations, and deliver a positive, efficient hiring experience for all involved.

Key Responsibilities

Talent acquisition and pipeline management

  • Strategic Sourcing

    : Develop and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates, including using job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, technical forums (e.g., GitHub, Stack Overflow), and referrals.
  • End-to-End Recruitment

    : Manage the entire recruiting process for technical roles, such as software engineers, data scientists, DevOps, and IT professionals.
  • Candidate Screening

    : Conduct initial screens to assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Talent Pipeline

    : Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for future hiring needs, focusing on proactive engagement with passive talent.

Stakeholder management and collaboration

  • Needs Analysis

    : Partner with hiring managers and technical leaders to deeply understand technical requirements, team dynamics, and business objectives for each role.
  • Expectation Alignment

    : Set and manage expectations with stakeholders regarding recruitment timelines, candidate quality, and market conditions. Advise on competitive salary benchmarks and industry trends.
  • Effective Communication

    : Provide regular, data-driven updates to stakeholders on recruitment progress, challenges, and success metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate).
  • Process Improvement

    : Act as a consultant to hiring teams, providing guidance on best practices for interviews, assessments, and the overall candidate experience.
  • Conflict Resolution

    : Navigate and resolve differing priorities among stakeholders to ensure alignment and forward progress.

Employer branding and candidate experience

  • Brand Promotion

    : Act as a company ambassador by communicating the value proposition and showcasing the company culture to attract top talent.
  • Candidate Advocacy

    : Maintain a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the entire hiring process, from first contact to onboarding.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related technical field is preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter, with a track record of successful technical placements.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong, collaborative relationships with hiring managers and other key stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of technical roles, programming languages, and industry-specific terminology.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruiting software.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
