Position Overview:

Technical Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

Understand project-based hiring needs from delivery and account teams.
Source and screen candidates for
contractual and C2H (contract-to-hire)
positions using job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases.
Conduct initial telephonic screenings to assess technical and communication skills.
Coordinate interviews and manage end-to-end recruitment for contractual roles.
Negotiate rates, availability, and notice periods with candidates.
Maintain a strong pipeline of ready-to-deploy IT professionals.
Ensure timely documentation, verification, and onboarding support for contract hires.
Keep track of market trends in IT hiring and contractual workforce dynamics.

Required Skills:

2 to 3+ years of experience in technical recruitment, with focus on contractual hiring.ith focus on
contractual hiring

Strong understanding of IT technologies (Java, .NET, Cloud, Data Science, Data Engineer, Full Stack Engineer etc.) and technical roles.
2 to 3+ years of experience in technical recruitment, with focus on contractual hiring.
Experience with sourcing tools such as
Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn, and job boards

Good communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle multiple open positions and work under tight deadlines.
Familiarity with contract hiring models freelance, project-based, and third-party.
