Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and job descriptions.
Source candidates through portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), referrals, and social networks.
Screen resumes for technical and cultural fit.
Conduct initial HR and technical coordination interviews.
Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle: sourcing screening scheduling offer onboarding.
Maintain candidate database and recruitment metrics.
Coordinate with vendors and external consultants as needed.
Stay updated on IT market trends and emerging technologies.

Required Skills:

Proven experience in
technical recruitment
(IT services, product, or consulting firms).
Strong understanding of
IT roles
: developers, testers, DevOps, cloud engineers, data scientists, etc.
Familiarity with
ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems)
.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines simultaneously.
Basic knowledge of employment laws and compliance in hiring.
