Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and job descriptions.
  • Source candidates through portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), referrals, and social networks.
  • Screen resumes for technical and cultural fit.
  • Conduct initial HR and technical coordination interviews.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle: sourcing screening scheduling offer onboarding.
  • Maintain candidate database and recruitment metrics.
  • Coordinate with vendors and external consultants as needed.
  • Stay updated on IT market trends and emerging technologies.

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience in

    technical recruitment

    (IT services, product, or consulting firms).
  • Strong understanding of

    IT roles

    : developers, testers, DevOps, cloud engineers, data scientists, etc.
  • Familiarity with

    ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems)

    .
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Basic knowledge of employment laws and compliance in hiring.
