Role Overview: As an IT Recruiter at Programming.com, you will be responsible for managing the full-life cycle recruiting process. This includes tasks such as sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers to meet staffing requirements. Your role will require strong technical recruiting skills and meticulous documentation of candidate progress and feedback to ensure optimal hiring decisions.
