Technical Recruiter

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven IT Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top tech talent to meet our organizational needs. Key Responsibilities: Source and attract candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and employee referrals. Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess technical and cultural fit. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to onboarding. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals. Maintain and update recruitment reports and ATS. Requirements: Proven experience as an IT recruiter or similar role. Strong understanding of technical roles (e.g., developers, system admins, DevOps, etc.). Familiarity with various sourcing tools and applicant tracking systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Bachelors degree in Human Resources, IT, or a related field (preferred).
