Technical Recruiter

Job Description:

As a Junior IT Recruiter, your primary responsibility will be to assist in the recruitment process for information technology (IT) positions within the organization. You will work closely with hiring managers to identify and attract talented IT professionals to meet the company's staffing needs. Your role will involve sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, as well as coordinating the hiring process.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process for IT positions, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Utilize various sourcing channels, such as job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks, to attract qualified candidates.
• Review resumes and applications to assess candidates' skills, experience, and qualifications.
• Conduct preliminary phone screens and in-person interviews to evaluate candidates' technical competencies and cultural fit.
• Maintain candidate databases and applicant tracking systems (ATS) to track and manage candidate information and progress.
• Coordinate interview schedules, travel arrangements, and logistics for candidates and hiring teams.
• Provide timely updates and feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Support the negotiation and preparation of job offers, ensuring competitive and fair compensation packages.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to effectively identify and engage with top IT talent.
