As a Technical Recruiter specializing in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and Oracle Fusion hiring, your primary role will involve collaborating with hiring managers, sourcing and screening qualified candidates, and managing the end-to-end recruitment process specifically for technical and functional roles related to Oracle EBS and Fusion. Your responsibilities will include understanding technical requirements, attracting candidates through various channels, conducting interviews, managing recruitment processes, maintaining a candidate pipeline, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements for open positions. - Source and attract candidates through job boards, social media, and professional networks. - Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess technical skills and cultural fit. - Manage the recruitment process from job posting to offer acceptance. - Build and maintain a pool of qualified candidates for future hiring needs. - Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) like SmartRecruiter to organize candidate information. - Stay updated on industry trends in technical recruitment, particularly in Oracle EBS and Fusion. - Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Qualifications: - Master's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Demonstrated experience as a Technical Recruiter, focusing on Oracle EBS and Fusion hiring. - Profound understanding of Oracle EBS and Fusion technical roles and requirements. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. - Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools. - Strong organizational and time management skills.
