Technical Recruiter


Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical roles
  • Source candidates through portals like LinkedIn, Naukri, GitHub, and employee referrals
  • Conduct initial screenings and schedule interviews with hiring teams
  • Collaborate closely with department leads to understand hiring requirements
  • Maintain and update candidate records in the ATS
  • Support employer branding and talent outreach initiatives


Required Skills and Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (HR/Management preferred)
  • 2–4 years of experience in technical recruitment (IT services or product companies)
  • Strong understanding of technical skills, job roles, and recruitment trends
  • Proficiency with sourcing tools, ATS, and recruitment databases
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
