Role Overview

As a Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and hiring top tech talent to support our product and engineering teams. This is a strategic position with direct impact on company growth.

Key Responsibilities

● Identify and attract qualified tech candidates

● Conduct initial candidate screening and tech evaluations

● Manage the end-to-end hiring lifecycle

● Collaborate with hiring managers for requirement alignment

● Build strong talent pipelines for future needs

● Coordinate interviews & handle offer negotiations

● Ensure smooth onboarding experience Required

Qualifications

● Bachelor’s degree in HR / Business / related field

● 1–3 years experience in technical recruitment

● IT industry hiring experience preferred

● Strong understanding of tech roles & hiring platforms
