Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Recruiter located in Vadodara. The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for technical roles within the organization. Day-to-day tasks include screening resumes, conducting interviews, collaborating with hiring managers, and coordinating the hiring process from start to finish. The role also involves maintaining a pipeline of potential candidates, utilizing various recruitment channels, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Experience with sourcing and attracting potential candidates using various recruitment channels
• Expertise in conducting interviews and evaluating technical skills
• Ability to collaborate with hiring managers and other stakeholders to understand hiring needs and requirements
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Knowledge of labor laws and compliance related to recruitment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Previous experience in technical recruitment is a plus
