Technical Recruiter

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Recruiter based in Nashik. The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full-life cycle recruiting process, which includes sourcing, hiring, and onboarding candidates for technical positions. Daily tasks include identifying and engaging potential candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and maintaining communication throughout the recruitment process to ensure a smooth candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, and Technical Recruiting
• Experience in hiring and general recruiting practices
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the technology industry is a plus
