Technical Recruiter

As a Senior Recruiter/Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist/Lead based in Whitefield, Bangalore, you will be responsible for developing and implementing recruitment strategies tailored to both client and company requirements. Your main focus will be on High Volume hiring, utilizing various search methods to establish a strong candidate pipeline. You will be screening candidates through resume reviews, phone screenings, and designing effective candidate experiences. Crafting job postings, descriptions, and requirements will also be part of your key responsibilities. Additionally, you will be managing the offer process, including offer extensions, negotiations, and ensuring compliance with employment laws. Managing the onboarding and new hire processes, staying updated on recruiting trends and best practices, overseeing the interview and selection procedures, and confirming all hiring activities align with legal regulations are vital aspects of this role. Previous experience with multiple paid and free recruitment portals is required.
