Job TitleTechnical Project ManagerAs a
Technical Project Manager,
you will play a key role in executing small-scale innovation projects or managing specific sub-sections of larger initiatives. Working under general supervision, you will leverage existing solutions for faster development, ensure smooth project execution, and maintain strong stakeholder relationships. This role requires a customer-centric mindset, proactive risk management, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
Your Role
- Deliver Innovation / PDLM/ Design Transfer projects within agreed timelines, budgets, and resource constraints.
- Lead single-discipline projects or manage sub-processes within broader innovation initiatives.
- Actively participate in organisational change efforts and build influential stakeholder relationships.
- Assist in developing detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Track progress against milestones, identify and mitigate risks, and escalate issues when necessary.
- Maintain accurate project documentation (plans, meeting minutes, status reports) to ensure transparency.
- Seek opportunities to enhance project management skills through training and knowledge-sharing.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates and facilitating meetings.
- Demonstrate a customer-centric approach by incorporating feedback throughout the project lifecycle.
- Apply analytical skills to resolve medium-complexity requests within defined procedures.
You're The Right Fit If You Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical ,Electronics ,Mechanical Engineering.
- 6–10 years of relevant work experience in related domains
- Hands - on Project Management Experience
Certifications
PMP Certification preferred
Technical Expertise
- Solid understanding of Design Transfer processes or significant exposure to Product Industrialisation.
- Foundational knowledge of project management methodologies, including planning, estimation, and risk management.
Behavioural & Interpersonal Skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Ability to work independently under general supervision while exercising sound judgement.
- Strong customer-focused mindset with proven problem-solving skills.

For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.This is an office - based role
