Job Summary:

Position Overview:

Delivery Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of internal projects across departments.
• Manage

  project budgets, timelines, risks, and resources

  effectively.
• Drive

  RFI/RFP processes

  and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
• Utilize appropriate

  project management tools and methodologies

  to track progress and ensure on-time delivery.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders and project teams, ensuring transparency and alignment.
• Proactively identify risks and conflicts, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and support to cross-functional teams.
• Continuously improve processes and frameworks to enhance project delivery outcomes.

  with proven experience handling multiple internal projects.
• Excellent

  communication and stakeholder management

  abilities.
• Proficiency in

  risk management, conflict resolution, and budget management

  .
• Familiarity with

  RFI/RFP processes

  and vendor coordination.
• Hands-on experience with

  project management tools

  (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Asana, or similar).
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments and manage competing priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Project Management Certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent) preferred.
• Prior experience in ERP implementation projects will be an added advantage.
