Technical Project Manager (Part-time) — Kerala-based

About the role

Technical Project Manager

Initial contract duration (e.g., 3 months, extendable to any duration based on performance.)

First month probation period. 

What you’ll do

  • Plan and run

    sprints

    (backlog grooming, sprint planning, standups, reviews).
  • Tools like Jira, ClickUp, Trello etc

  • Create

    realistic timelines & cost estimates

    ; track scope, risks, and dependencies.

  • Review

    Git

    activity (PRs/branches), verify latest code pushes; trigger builds when needed.

  • Coordinate with devs/design/QA to

    unblock issues

    and keep delivery on track.

  • Do light

    business analysis

    (requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria).

  • Assist with

    software architecture

    discussions and tech decisions.

  • Maintain clear

    status updates

    and stakeholder comms.


  • Daily Scrum meetings

    • Must-have skills

    • 3+ years in

      technical project management

      or engineering + PM hybrid.

    • Hands-on familiarity with

      React/React Native/Node.js

      ,

      MySQL/MongoDB

      concepts.

    • Comfortable with

      Git workflows

      (branching, PR reviews) and basic CI/CD tooling.

    • Strong Agile practice (Scrum/Kanban), Jira/Trello/Linear, and documentation.

    • Excellent communication;

      Malayalam/English

      (written & spoken).

    • Available

      2 hours/day, Sunday – Thursday

      (IST).

    • Nice to have

    • Experience triggering/verifying

      mobile & web builds

      (EAS, Fastlane, Vercel, Docker, etc.).

    • Basic QA coordination, test planning, and release management.

    • Budgeting, vendor coordination, and client-facing updates.

    • Engagement

    • Part-time contract

      : ~40 hours/month

    • Compensation

      : ₹20,000 per month (all-inclusive)
