Role Summary We are looking for a proactive and detail-driven IT Project Manager with at least 2 years of experience in managing web and mobile app projects. The ideal candidate excels at planning and communication, which are the cornerstone requirements of this role. Salary between Rs 30,000 to 35,000. Keralites Preferred . Clear Project Planning Define scope, deliverables, and success criteria with clients and internal teams Break down projects into manageable tasks and milestones Build realistic schedules and budgets based on capacity and priorities 2. Consistent, Transparent Communication Keep stakeholders (clients, developers, designers, QA, operations) aligned on status, next steps, and risks Escalate blockers early and negotiate scope or timeline adjustments as needed Facilitate focused meetings such as stand-ups, demos, sprint planning, and retrospectives 3. Execution & Delivery Track progress using tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana Monitor timelines, scope, and budgets throughout the project lifecycle Ensure the team meets quality benchmarks and delivery deadlines Act as the main point of contact for client updates, feedback, and approvals Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field 1-2 years of experience in IT project management Good understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and modern collaboration tools Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines efficiently Preferred (Bonus) Skills PMP, Scrum Master, or similar certification Experience in managing remote or cross-functional teams.
