Technical Project Manager Job mode: Remote (EST working hrs) Notice - 30 days Job Summary: Key Responsibilities: 1. Project Planning & Execution • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that align with business objectives and technical requirements. • Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, and risk management strategies. • Coordinate and track project progress, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met. • Monitor project performance, identify issues, and drive corrective actions to mitigate risks. 2. Technical Coordination & Leadership • Collaborate with engineering teams to understand technical constraints, dependencies, and feasibility. • Facilitate discussions between technical teams, ensuring alignment on architecture, design, and implementation. • Ensure that technical requirements are captured, prioritized, and incorporated into project plans. • Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders to translate technical jargon into actionable insights. 3. Stakeholder Management • Partner with product managers and product owners to align project goals with business strategy. • Work closely with engineering managers and software engineers to define realistic timelines and resource estimates. • Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies effectively to senior leadership and stakeholders. • Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure seamless collaboration across teams. 4. Agile Project Management & Delivery • Drive Agile/Scrum practices within project teams, ensuring adherence to sprint cycles and agile methodologies.
