Senior Automation Testers- Hybrid

Job Description

Role & responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright . Write and execute test cases for functional, regression, and performance testing. Collaborate with developers, DevOps engineers, and product managers to ensure seamless integration of testing processes. Develop and maintain test automation frameworks using Java/Python. Perform API testing using tools like Postman, RestAssured, or ReadyAPI . Work with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Bamboo, GitHub Actions) to integrate automated tests. Identify, document, and track bugs using JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar tools . Conduct code reviews for automation scripts and optimize test execution. Stay updated with the latest trends in test automation and quality assurance . Preferred candidate profile 5+ years of experience in automation testing . Strong coding skills in Java, Python, or JavaScript . Hands-on experience with Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or Appium . Experience in API testing and working with RESTful services . Knowledge of SQL for database validation. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and test-driven development (TDD) . Experience with performance testing tools like JMeter or LoadRunner is a plus. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field . Certifications in ISTQB, AWS, or Automation Testing are a plus.
