Role Summary

Technical Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of technical projects from planning to release
  
• Work closely with engineering teams to understand architecture, dependencies, and risks
  
• Break down requirements into tasks, timelines, and milestones
  
• Plan and manage sprints, releases, and delivery schedules
  
• Track progress, identify blockers, and ensure timely resolution
  
• Coordinate between backend, frontend, DevOps, QA, and product teams
  
• Ensure development follows agreed technical design and scope
  
• Maintain project documentation, timelines, and status reports
  
• Communicate project status clearly to stakeholders and leadership
  
• Ensure quality, stability, and readiness before production releases
  

Required Skills & Experience

• 4 to 6 years of experience managing software or technical projects
  
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
  
• Ability to read and understand technical designs, APIs, and system flows
  
• Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum project management
  
• Experience working with cross-functional engineering teams
  
• Strong command over project management tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc.)
  
• Excellent communication, planning, and stakeholder management skills
  

Good-to-Have

• Background in engineering or technical education
  
• Experience working with SaaS or product-based companies
  
• Familiarity with cloud, DevOps, or CI/CD workflows
  
• Exposure to fintech, payments, or developer-focused products
  
• Scrum Master or Agile certification
