Technical Functional Manager plays a key role in bridging the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders. They provide technical leadership, oversee software development activities, and ensure that solutions align with business requirements and project goals. Their responsibilities include managing team performance, guiding task execution, ensuring quality standards, and identifying and mitigating technical risks. They also facilitate effective communication across teams and promote continuous improvement through process optimization and innovation.
Minimum 8 Years of experience Experience in ( Project execution management, bid management, strategy / organization transformation / operating model / business process transformation / digital transformation / change management) And Minimum of 1 Years of Experience with Government / Public Sector
And
Prior project management experience of at least 3 years of handling large projects with minimum of 3 projects completed end to end And Preferred International Experience
PMP/PRINCE/ITIL or related equivalent certifications
