Job Description

Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Technical Project Manager with 4–6years of experience to lead project delivery for our enterprise platforms in the Banking andFinTech domains. This role involves managing cross-functional teams, driving executionacross agile sprints, and ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery of products powered by AI,Blockchain, and cloud-native technologies.You will be part of a fast-paced product team solving real-world challenges in global tradeand financial services, helping to redefine how modern banking platforms are built anddeployed.Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of technical projects across product and banking

solutions

Work closely with cross-functional teams – product, engineering, QA, and client

stakeholders

Define project scope, create timelines, allocate resources, and track progress
Manage risks, dependencies, and change requests proactively
Translate business requirements into actionable technical plans
Conduct sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives (Agile/Scrum methodology)
Serve as the point of contact for internal leadership and external clients
Ensure on-time delivery and adherence to scope, quality, and budget

Required Skills

4–6 years of experience in project management, with at least 2–3 years in the

Banking or FinTech domain

Proven experience delivering SaaS or enterprise product solutions
Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies, SDLC, and DevOps culture
Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, and MS Project
Excellent stakeholder communication and client-facing skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field

Bonus / Preferred Skills

PMP, CSM, or other project management certifications
Experience with API-driven systems, microservices, or cloud platforms (AWS,

GCP, Azure)

Exposure to Blockchain or AI/ML platforms
Background in BFSI software implementation or digital transformation

initiatives

Familiarity with financial regulatory and compliance requirements
