Technical Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

Lead planning, execution, and delivery of multiple software/IT projects
Collaborate with cross-functional teams — developers, QA, UX, DevOps
Apply
Agile / Scrum / Waterfall
methodologies to ensure smooth development execution
Create project scope, timelines, risk logs, and communication plans
Work closely with clients to translate business requirements into technical specifications
Manage budgets, resource allocation, and change requests
Conduct sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and stand-up meetings
Monitor performance metrics and ensure delivery milestones are met
Prepare documentation: BRD, SRS, project status reports
Ensure strong QA processes and quality delivery

Required Skills & Qualifications

5–12 years of technical project / program management experience
Strong understanding of
software development lifecycle (SDLC)
Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar tools
Experience handling enterprise-level customer projects
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skills
Technical background:
B.Tech/MCA/Equivalent
preferred
