Technical Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

1. Technical Solutioning & Architecture

• Lead end-to-end solution design and architecture across enterprise and digital transformation projects.
• Evaluate and recommend optimal technology stacks cloud (Azure), APIs, databases, workflow engines, and integration platforms.
• Create prototypes, POCs, and design documentation to validate solutions.
• Drive build-vs-buy decisions, ensuring scalability, security, and cost efficiency.

2. AI & Modern Application Development

• Build and integrate AI-powered components, including intelligent bots, ML- based insights, and automation frameworks.
• Apply API-first development, microservices, and containerization principles for scalable delivery.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure adherence to DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud-native standards.

3. Project Management & Delivery

• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables using Jira, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Projects.
• Conduct sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Identify risks early, develop mitigation plans, and ensure compliance and governance standards are followed.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, QA, data, and infrastructure.

4. Stakeholder Management & Collaboration

• Partner with business teams to translate functional needs into technical implementation roadmaps.
• Conduct solution walkthroughs, demos, and progress updates for CXO and leadership stakeholders.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, ensuring best practices in coding, automation, and delivery.
