About client:

Our client specializes in recruiting experts for top AI labs and is based in San Francisco, CA. Backed by top investors, it is a talent marketplace powered by AI models to predict human ability.

About role:

Client is seeking Technical Project Managers to propel its growth by managing complex projects within the life cycle of our engagement with customers, many of whom use client's platform to find domain experts to build datasets to train and evaluate AI models. Using resumes, AI interviews, and online profiles, our client matches talent with the best opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborating with Engagement Managers to oversee the complete lifecycle of projects, establishing project infrastructure, monitoring KPIs, and delivering results on time.
• Lead the design and management of recruitment pipelines to source domain experts for various AI model training projects commissioned by foundational AI companies.
• Oversee end-to-end assessment strategies to ensure the selection of high-quality talent that meets specific client requirements, using Mercor’s platform or other external sources.
• Coordinate with internal teams and the wider Operations team to execute high-impact action items requiring data pipeline design and analysis to ensure timely delivery of top-notch deliverables.
• Aid in managing client relationships, translating their requirements into actionable plans and driving the execution of core tasks.
• Onboard and interface directly with domain experts on bespoke tasks essential to the project's success, ensuring alignment with client expectations and project goals.

Qualifications:

• Background in research, consulting, data science, or business. Experience in a technical domain (e.g., data science, computer science), or demonstrated learning, is a plus.
• Familiarity with using data analysis tools like Excel and project management software.
• A “nice-to-have,” but not a requirement, is a proven track record of managing client interactions and recruitment processes.
