We are seeking a Senior Project Manager for one of our MSP clients based in the UK. The ideal candidate will have practical experience in handling Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and associated technologies.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of 20 to 25 concurrent projects.
• Ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing inquiries, gathering requirements, and addressing concerns promptly.
• Utilize expertise in MSP, Windows, Linux, security, and network technologies to resolve technical issues and meet client needs efficiently.
• Maintain and oversee contractual agreements with clients to ensure full compliance.
