Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Project Manager with 3+ years of experience in managing software development, IT, or digital transformation projects. The role requires strong technical understanding, excellent communication, and proven project management skills to drive projects from concept to delivery while ensuring alignment with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end project lifecycle including planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of technical projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, designers, QA, DevOps, business analysts) to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Create and maintain detailed project documentation, schedules, and progress reports.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and resource constraints, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing status updates and managing expectations.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) and ensure adherence to project management best practices.
• Track and report key project metrics to measure success and areas for improvement.
• Support technical teams by translating business requirements into actionable tasks.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of proven experience as a Technical Project Manager, IT Project Manager, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile/Scrum, and project management methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, MS Project).
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

• PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, or other project management certifications.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience in web, mobile app, or enterprise software projects.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
