Technical Skills Required


  • 5+ years of experience in

    IT Project Management

    with a focus on

    Virtualization, VDI, Infrastructure

    projects,

    security products such as firewalls, VPN, ZNTA, CASB, SASE, Identity federations,

    etc.
  • Strong domain knowledge in

    Accops

    ,

    Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops

    ,

    VMware Horizon

    ,

    Omnissa,

    and

    Nutanix

    .
  • Hands-on experience with tools like

    MS Project, JIRA, Smartsheet, or Monday.com

    .
  • Should have team management experience with leading, mentoring, and managing the Presales team, ensuring that team members are motivated, skilled, and aligned with company goals.
  • Should have deep technical knowledge and real-world usage of the application and operating system environments.
  • Excellent understanding of

    project lifecycle, resource planning, and budgeting

    .
  • Proven ability to

    manage cross-functional teams

    across geographies.
  • Lead

    without direct reporting.

Role and Responsibilities:


  • Learn & certify in on the Company's products.
  • Post-certification, one should be able to articulate and describe company products during presentations & white-boarding sessions with customers.
  • Should conduct interactive demonstrations remotely or physically.
  • Pre-sales Account team management.
  • Solution Designing, sizing, and deployment of Accops products and related 3rd party products.
  • Prepare competitive study documents and architecture documents.
  • Build, improve and maintain a high standard of pre-sales and post-sales support.
  • Create a knowledge base around the product, including Articles, tutorial videos creation, FAQs and best practices documents.
  • Manage customer expectations and demonstrate a strong follow-up on customer inquiries.
  • Give technical training to the partner’s sales and pre-sales team.
  • Create & define a statement of work and handover to the implementation team for project delivery.
  • Open to travel for business purposes.
