Technical Project Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient Technical Project Coordinator with hands-on development experience and client-facing expertise on the Upwork platform. In this role, you will closely coordinate with clients, understand their requirements, assist in project planning, and ensure smooth communication between clients and the internal development team. Your responsibilities will include coordinating ongoing web and mobile development projects to ensure alignment with client expectations. You will serve as the main point of contact for clients on Upwork, handling queries, updates, and feedback. Additionally, you will assist in drafting project proposals, estimates, and timelines on Upwork while translating client needs into clear, actionable requirements for the development team. Monitoring project progress, identifying bottlenecks, and escalating issues as needed are crucial aspects of this role. Furthermore, you will be responsible for preparing and maintaining project documentation including reports, status updates, and meeting notes. Collaborating with team leads and developers to ensure timely delivery of milestones and ensuring client satisfaction through proactive communication are key components of this position. The ideal candidate should possess at least 2 years of development experience in web or mobile technologies and a minimum of 1 year of experience in project coordination or client communication. Experience in managing clients and projects through Upwork is mandatory. Strong communication and interpersonal skills along with fluent English proficiency (written & verbal) are essential. Familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Asana is preferred. The ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment, strong problem-solving skills, and a team-oriented mindset are also required.
