Join us.The EG Metrics Platform (EGMP) team at Expedia Group isresponsible for building and maintaining a robust, scalable, and reliable metricsplatform that empowers data-driven decision making across the organization.EGMP provides core systems for collecting, processing, and serving vital metricsto product, engineering, and business stakeholders, supporting the company'sfast-paced, global environment and its travel ecosystem.

What You’ll Do

• You will drive cross-functional initiatives that span multiple engineering teams, coordinate complex technical programs, and enable platform excellence by aligning business requirements with technical execution.
• You will develop, maintain, and communicate project schedules, track progress against milestones, identify risks, and proactively address blockers.
• You will serve as the primary liaison between technical teams and stakeholders to ensure clear alignment and shared understanding of project goals.
• You will manage and facilitate all Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to ensure smooth and timely delivery.
• You will drive process improvements and adoption of Agile best practices to improve team performance and product quality.
• You will carry out stages of the product development lifecycle, bringing a product to market by supporting the different phases and improving product performance.
  

Who You Are

• Professional with 3-5 years of experience in technical program management or worked as software/data engineer but want to go for program management.
• Working knowledge of Agile methodologies and hands-on experience managing Agile ceremonies and related tools.
• Experience of working closely with engineering and data teams to understand technical details and translate them into clear project plans.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
• Demonstrates an understanding of data engineering concepts like data pipelines, data quality, and data infrastructure in simple terms.
• Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills, able to collaborate with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Exhibits knowledge of the organization's processes, objectives, and challenges and their impact on the business.
