Technical Program Manager

Join GlobalLogic as a Technical Project Manager to be an essential part of the team working on a significant software project for a world-class company providing M2M / IoT 4G/5G modules to industries like automotive, healthcare, and logistics. In this role, you will contribute to the development of end-user modules firmware, implement new features, maintain compatibility with the latest telecommunication and industry standards, and conduct analysis and estimations of customer requirements. With 12+ years of experience, you will work as a Technical Project Manager, planning and executing projects effectively. Your responsibilities will include ensuring that teams have the necessary product and technical specifications, direction, and resources to deliver products on time. You will manage the full project management life cycle for implementing complex, large-scale IT and business initiatives. Additionally, you will closely collaborate with stakeholders/clients to understand functional and non-functional requirements and define the Product Vision. As a leader in the deployment of software upgrades, enhancements, and fixes, you will coordinate release and sprint planning, conduct daily scrum meetings, and assist developers in resolving technical and human resources issues. Your expertise in Java and Javascript technologies will be utilized in developing applications. Moreover, you will provide leadership and guidance to coach, motivate, and lead team members to achieve their optimum performance levels and career development. Your interpersonal skills, including being self-motivated, a team player, action-oriented, and results-driven, will be essential in this role. Moreover, your ability to work under tight project deadlines, along with good communication and reporting skills, will contribute to the successful delivery of projects. In this role, you will partner with teams to create an overall delivery strategy, develop realistic project plans/schedule, and track team progress in meeting milestones and deliverables.
