Technical Program Manager (TPM)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage programs that span multiple cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives.
• Collaborate closely with software engineering teams to define, build, and roll out technical solutions that meet customer needs.
• Drive the development and execution of technical and product roadmaps.
• Own and define program strategy, goals, milestones, and success metrics.
• Buildand evaluate system-level technical designs in partnership with engineering and architecture teams.
• Establish and manage program scope, schedules, budgets, quality standards, and associated risks.
• Facilitate effective communication and coordination between teams and stakeholders at all levels.
• Implement processes to improve program execution and delivery efficiency.

Basic Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in managing programs across cross-functional teams.
• 5+ years of experience in technical program management, working directly with software engineering teams.
• Strong experience in system-level technical design and architecture reviews.
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing technical and product roadmaps.
• Experience with project management methodologies including risk, schedule, scope, and budget management.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience defining KPIs and SLAs to measure performance and report progress to senior leadership.
• Hands-on experience with AWS technologies and cloud-native development environments.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
• Familiaritywith tools such as Jira, Confluence, Asana, or similar project tracking platforms.
• PMP, Agile, or Scrum certifications are a plus.
