Senior Accounts Manager

1. Understand project and management requirements swiftly and provide timely responses and insights.
2. Prepare and manage unit-wise cash flow statements, profit & loss accounts, and other financial reports for regular management review.
3. Lead a team of accountants through effective delegation and performance monitoring.
4. Communicate and coordinate with statutory authorities (GST, Income Tax, etc.), banks, NBFCs, and vendors.
5. Handle vendor interactions professionally, maintaining a courteous and solution-oriented approach.

Accounting & Compliance Duties:

1. Record and analyze financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal controls.
2. Prepare, document, and audit asset, liability, and capital account entries.
3. Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to maintain financial discipline.
4. Reconcile account discrepancies and ensure timely resolution.
5. Ensure timely payment processing and documentation validation.
6. Monitor adherence to financial legal requirements (federal, state, and local).
7. Prepare special financial reports and trend analyses for management decision-making.
8. Maintain confidentiality of financial data and safeguard the companys financial integrity.
9. Ensure monthly, quarterly, and annual closures in accordance with Indian Accounting Standards and IFRS.
10. Support internal and external audits with necessary documentation and responses.
11. Identify and implement improvements in accounting and reporting processes.
12. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning.
    

• Prepare monthly management accounts with variance analysis.
• Conduct bank, vendor, customer, and inter-company reconciliations.
• Analyze complex financial data and generate accurate, compliant financial statements.

Technical Requirements:

• Accounting Tools:

  Proficiency in Zoho Books, Tally.

• Compliance Portals:

  Hands-on experience with GST and Income Tax portals.

• Computer Skills:

  Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Solid understanding of accounting standards, financial regulations, and taxation laws.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and leadership capabilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a passion for accuracy and excellence.
