We are looking for highly motivated Sr. Technical Program Manager, who has a passion for internal developers. The role will own programs end‑to‑end that improve engineering velocity and quality across Windows. You will partner deeply with SWE teams to identify friction, design pragmatic solutions (tooling, automation, orchestration), and drive measurable gains in developer productivity. You will be the connective tissue across teams - setting a clear vision, aligning stakeholders, managing risks, and delivering outcomes that matter.

• Collaborate with engineering teams to understand pain points and opportunities for improving developer productivity.
• Drive the design and implementation of tools, processes, and frameworks that accelerate feature delivery and improve code quality.
• Lead cross-team initiatives, ensuring alignment on goals, timelines, and deliverables.
• Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of productivity initiatives.
• Manage stakeholder communications, ensuring transparency and alignment across engineering, product, and operations.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence within the team.
• Own end-to-end program delivery, from requirements gathering through execution and post-launch analysis.
• Manage schedules, risks, and issues with effective communication to the team, senior management, and partners.
• Provide subject matter expertise with exceptional depth of knowledge for the areas of ownership and integrated partner services.
