About the Role

Computer Science background

Key Responsibilities:

Batch Operations
Schedule, track, and oversee multiple live & offline batches, ensuring smooth execution and resource allocation.
Mentor & TA Coordination
Act as a technical point of contact for mentors/TAs, resolving scheduling or academic queries quickly.
Quality Audits
Monitor live sessions and recordings to ensure content delivery quality, engagement, and curriculum alignment.
Student Support
Handle escalated academic queries to maintain student satisfaction and retention.
Performance Tracking
Maintain reports on batch progress, mentor/TAs performance, and recommend improvements.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree (B.Tech/B.E.) in
Computer Science, IT, or related field
.
2–3 years of experience in academic operations, technical training, or program management.
Solid understanding of
programming, DSA, web development, AI/ML, and related stacks
.
Strong communication, coordination, and analytical skills.

Preferred:

Prior edtech experience.
Familiarity with LMS tools, live class platforms, and learning analytics.
