Key Responsibilities: Build partnerships with companies to increase job postings on the GfG Job Portal. Drive placement opportunities for learners from GfG courses online, classroom, and institutional (B2B) formats. Design outreach strategies to onboard HRs and recruiters onto the platform. Collaborate with internal product, marketing, and content teams to improve job discovery and matching. Own the operations, reporting, and performance of the job portal team. Identify gaps and implement scalable processes to enhance hiring outcomes. Represent GfG in recruitment events, college drives, and hiring initiatives. Requirements: 3+ years of experience in B2B partnerships, business development, placement coordination, or recruitment ops. Strong communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work cross-functionally and drive measurable results. Experience in scaling teams or processes is a plus. Passion for the education and hiring ecosystem is a strong advantage.
