The Role involves supporting the B2C and B2B sales teams of Banyan Cloud, Channel Partners, MSSPs and Distributors in presenting Banyan Cloud’s SaaS-based CNAPP (Cloud Native Application Protection Platform) solution. This includes delivering product demonstrations, gathering customer requirements, mapping product features, and functionality to meet customer needs, creating value propositions, vis-à-vis competition, conducting Proof of Concepts (POC) and maturing prospects to deal closures.
· Prepare sales pitches and deliver technical presentations and demonstrations to customers.
· Co-ordinate with sales team and customers and conduct Proof of Concepts (POC) in customer environments.
· Qualify leads and prepare deal-specific proposals with value propositions.
· Co-ordinate customer onboarding and deliver user training.
· Impart techno-commercial training to pre-sales and sales teams of Channel Partners and Distributors.
· Understand the competitive landscape, and technology trends, and identify, and develop new use cases.
· Work as a Trusted Advisor to prospects, customers and the ecosystem to gain mind share and ensure business growth.
· Closely work with Sales and BD teams to reach the quota.
· Participate and deliver demo sessions in exhibitions, road shows and customer events.
· Hands-on multi-cloud experience as Cloud Engineer with a minimum of 3 CSPs (AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI & IBM).
· Good technical understanding of Enterprise Security & Governance, especially in the areas of cloud security and database security.
· Experience working with products for security posture monitoring, continuous security monitoring and management.
· Strong communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills, both internally and externally
· 3 to 8 years of proven experience in presales, consulting, and systems engineering in the areas of cybersecurity for cloud and database.
· Proven experience in communicating and presenting to multiple levels of decision-makers and influencers in customer organizations.
· Ability to handle multiple deals and tasks in an organized manner and meet timelines.
· Out-location travel to attend customer meetings, at short notice.
· User-level and hands-on experience with Sales CRMs, viz., Salesforce, Zoho, LeadSquared, etc. will be an added advantage.
