Technical Presales Engineer

You will be part of a dynamic team at Datacultr, a company dedicated to providing formal credit access to new to credit consumers in emerging markets. Your core responsibilities will include guiding new customers through the onboarding process, customizing our SaaS platform to meet client requirements, and ensuring a seamless transition to the platform. You will conduct detailed API integration walkthroughs with customer technical teams, provide advanced technical support for complex issues, manage SaaS platform configurations, and collaborate with various teams to document processes and best practices. To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in technical integration or a similar role within the SaaS industry. Proficiency in APIs and SaaS platform configurations, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal abilities are essential.
