Position Overview The Regional Sales Manager – North will lead sales growth, business development, and channel expansion across Northern India. This role requires a results-driven leader with strong technical understanding of structured cabling, networking products, and enterprise infrastructure solutions. You will drive regional revenue targets, build strong customer relationships, and develop strategic partnerships to strengthen the Msys Connect brand presence in the region. Key Responsibilities Drive sales growth and revenue targets across North India. Develop and manage distributor, reseller, and SI networks in assigned territories. Identify new business opportunities with Enterprise, Data Center, and Government clients. Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for partners and customers. Collaborate with the Marketing and Technical Teams for regional promotional campaigns. Track competitor activities and provide market insights for strategy planning. Manage sales forecasting, budgeting, and reporting on regional performance. Maintain strong customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention . Required Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Business / Marketing (MBA preferred). 8–12 years of experience in Passive Structured cabling or IT Infrastructure Sales . Strong network within System Integrators, Project Consultants, and Enterprise Accounts . Proven track record of achieving sales targets in B2B environments.
