Role Overview

Technical Marketing Engineers

As part of the global marketing team, you will collaborate with HQ, R&D, and sales teams to define future market directions, support product development, and strengthen customer relationships across industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Market Research & Analysis

  Track industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs; identify product gaps and opportunities.

• Strategic Alignment

  Define market direction, support revenue growth plans (N+2 ~ N+5 years), and align with HQ teams.

• Customer Support

  Provide technical solutions, handle queries, and build long-term partnerships with key accounts.

• Marketing Execution

  Plan and execute product promotion, digital marketing initiatives, and participation in industry events.

• Product Development Support

  Coordinate with R&D on schedules, cost control, and quality; initiate NPD (New Product Development) requests.

• Performance Evaluation

  Analyze product success post-launch, gather customer feedback, and recommend improvements.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in

  Electrical/Electronics Engineering

  or related field.
• Knowledge of

  analog IC products

  and semiconductor markets.
• Strong skills in

  market research, competitor analysis, and data-driven insights

  .
• Excellent

  communication, presentation, and stakeholder management

  abilities.
• Ability to work in cross-functional and global teams.
  

Preferred:

• MBA or marketing-related qualification.
• Experience in

  digital marketing

  .
• Exposure to working in

  multinational/global organizations

  .
