Role Overview We are seeking Technical Marketing Engineers to join our growing team in India. This role will focus on driving market research, product strategy, and customer engagement in two areas: Automotive Applications Industrial & Consumer Applications As part of the global marketing team, you will collaborate with HQ, R&D, and sales teams to define future market directions, support product development, and strengthen customer relationships across industries. Key Responsibilities Market Research & Analysis Track industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs; identify product gaps and opportunities. Strategic Alignment Define market direction, support revenue growth plans (N+2 ~ N+5 years), and align with HQ teams. Customer Support Provide technical solutions, handle queries, and build long-term partnerships with key accounts. Marketing Execution Plan and execute product promotion, digital marketing initiatives, and participation in industry events. Product Development Support Coordinate with R&D on schedules, cost control, and quality; initiate NPD (New Product Development) requests. Performance Evaluation Analyze product success post-launch, gather customer feedback, and recommend improvements. Open Positions Automotive Applications Up to 5 years experience Industrial & Consumer Applications – Up to 7 years’ experience Required Skills & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field. Knowledge of analog IC products and semiconductor markets. Strong skills in market research, competitor analysis, and data-driven insights . Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities. Ability to work in cross-functional and global teams. Preferred: MBA or marketing-related qualification.
