About the Role:

Technical Manager/Senior Manager – Facilities Management

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage all technical aspects of facility operations including electrical, mechanical, HVAC, DG, STP, WTP, and fire-fighting systems.
  • Plan and implement preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
  • Conduct regular technical audits and ensure minimal downtime of critical equipment.
  • Manage energy optimization and sustainability initiatives.
  • Handle AMC contracts, vendor negotiations, and technical service providers.
  • Ensure adherence to statutory compliance, safety norms, and ISO standards.
  • Support project execution for refurbishments, fit-outs, and new installations.
  • Maintain documentation of equipment logs, maintenance records, and technical reports.
  • Supervise and guide a team of engineers and technicians to ensure operational excellence.
  • Collaborate with the Facilities Head and client representatives for reporting and performance reviews.
  • Develop and manage annual facility budgets and cost optimization initiatives.
  • Liaise with contractors, service providers, and internal departments for smooth facility operations.
  • Prepare reports, maintenance schedules, and facility performance dashboards.
  • Supervise facility staff and ensure service standards are met consistently.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering (preferred).
  • 8–15 years of relevant experience in technical facility management (commercial, industrial, or residential projects).
  • Strong knowledge of MEP systems, HVAC, and building automation systems (BMS).
  • Proven experience in handling large facilities or multi-site operations.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and facility management software.
  • Knowledge of energy management, statutory compliance, and safety procedures.
