Job Title: Technical Manager /Senior Manager– Facilities Management Location: Mohali Employment Type: Full-time Experience: 8–15 years Industry: Facilities Management / Real Estate About the Role: We are looking for a highly skilled and result-oriented Technical Manager/Senior Manager – Facilities Management to lead all technical operations across our facilities. The ideal candidate will ensure that all MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems, HVAC, fire safety, and building maintenance activities run efficiently, safely, and in compliance with statutory standards. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage all technical aspects of facility operations including electrical, mechanical, HVAC, DG, STP, WTP, and fire-fighting systems. Plan and implement preventive and corrective maintenance schedules. Conduct regular technical audits and ensure minimal downtime of critical equipment. Manage energy optimization and sustainability initiatives. Handle AMC contracts, vendor negotiations, and technical service providers. Ensure adherence to statutory compliance, safety norms, and ISO standards. Support project execution for refurbishments, fit-outs, and new installations. Maintain documentation of equipment logs, maintenance records, and technical reports. Supervise and guide a team of engineers and technicians to ensure operational excellence. Collaborate with the Facilities Head and client representatives for reporting and performance reviews. Develop and manage annual facility budgets and cost optimization initiatives. Liaise with contractors, service providers, and internal departments for smooth facility operations. Prepare reports, maintenance schedules, and facility performance dashboards. Supervise facility staff and ensure service standards are met consistently. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering (preferred). 8–15 years of relevant experience in technical facility management (commercial, industrial, or residential projects). Strong knowledge of MEP systems, HVAC, and building automation systems (BMS). Proven experience in handling large facilities or multi-site operations. Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills. Proficiency in MS Office and facility management software. Knowledge of energy management, statutory compliance, and safety procedures.
