About the Role:

We are looking for an ambitious and experienced Technical Manager (Animal Healthcare) to spearhead our

global business growth in the veterinary pharmaceutical and animal health segments. The role requires a technically strong professional with a veterinary background and a strategic mindset for Technical Manager.


Key Responsibilities:

• Develop technical details and training manual for the different products.

• Provide training to the sales team on the technical aspects of the products – classroom room training / field training.

• Monitor market trends and provide insights to the management on the development of new products.

• Actively take part in the launch of new products – do the pre-launch and post launch product trials, provide training and take feedback on new product performance from the field / customers.

• Coordinate with different colleges and institutions for conduction of product trials for both existing and new products.

• Handle all queries on technical aspects of the products, from internal as well as external customers.

• Work with the sales team and meet customers as and when required for uncovering the needs and analyses need fulfilment with respect to company products as well as competitors.

• Prepare & present product performance / product trial reports to the management.

• Support the product management team with technical data and technical information on the products.


Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Veterinary Science (BVSc/MVSc).

• Demonstrated success in client acquisition and revenue generation in domestic markets.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• Willingness to travel domestically as required.

• Ability to influence cross-functional teams

• Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications. – Microsoft word, PowerPoint, excel.
