Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Technical Manager, based in Bengaluru. The Technical Manager will lead technical operations, oversee R&D initiatives, and manage technical support services to ensure product excellence and innovation. The role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, managing projects within deadlines, and delivering solutions for enhanced operational and product efficiencies. Additionally, the Technical Manager will play a vital role in team management and driving strategic initiatives aligned with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Strong Team Management and Project Management skills
• Proficiency in Technical Support and Research and Development (R&D) activities
• Exceptional Analytical Skills for troubleshooting and decision-making
• Demonstrated ability to innovate and optimize processes
• Educational background in Engineering, Plastics, or relevant technical fields
• Experience in plastics manufacturing or a related industry is a plus
