Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Customer Care Executive located in Perundurai. The Senior Customer Care Executive will be responsible for overseeing customer support services, managing customer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and coordinating with sales and support teams to provide seamless service. The role also involves gathering customer feedback and contributing to the improvement of service delivery processes. Qualifications Customer Support, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Service skills Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal Experience in Sales and an ability to work collaboratively with sales teams Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Prior experience in a customer care role is preferred Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field Show more Show less
