Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Manager based in Gurugram. The Technical Manager will oversee technicaloperations of the Animal Health Division. Daily responsibilities include driving research and development initiatives, and troubleshooting technical challenges. The role requires delivering quality solutionswand working towards achieving organizational goals.

Qualifications

Proven expertise in Analytical Skills and Technical Support to address challenges and identify practica solutions.
Experience in Research and Development (R&D) for innovating and improving industrial and technical products
Competency in Project Management to plan, execute, and deliver projects efficiently
Excellent problem-solving, strategic thinking, and decision-making capabilities
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments
Master’s degree in Veterinary science.
Previous experience in enzyme manufacturing or related industries is a plus
