Senior Analyst We are seeking a Senior Analyst responsible for ensuring the quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement of ethanol processing enzymatic solutions. This position requires expert proficiency in High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC), strong analytical skills, and comprehensive knowledge of laboratory management Location: Gurgaon (India HO) Roles and Responsibilities: A. HPLC Management and Analysis Perform routine and advanced HPLC testing to determine composition, quantify impurities, and ensure process consistency Conduct quality control checks using HPLC to verify in-process and final product quality as per specifications Execute qualitative and quantitative HPLC analyses to identify and measure compounds in compliance with regulatory standards Maintain and calibrate HPLC instruments, troubleshoot issues, and ensure accurate, reliable analytical results B. Analytical Skills and Data Analysis Apply strong analytical skills to interpret HPLC data, identify patterns, and evaluate process effectiveness Use statistical tools to analyse experimental results, assess process capability, and recommend data-driven optimisations C. Lab Records and Management Develop and maintain SOPs for analytical procedures while ensuring team training and compliance with current protocols Oversee daily lab operations and Maintain complete and accurate laboratory records to meet regulatory and audit requirements Ensure efficient lab functioning and adherence to Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) standards D. Process Optimisation and Technical Support Conduct feasibility studies, optimisation trials, and process validations to enhance efficiency Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for product improvement Provide technical support to sales teams to optimise product performance and customer satisfaction Qualifications: Education: Any Degree in Chemical Engineering, Analytical Chemistry, Biotechnology, or a related scientific field Experience: 3+ years of experience in a technical role within the ethanol, grain processing, or biotech industry Core Competency : Expertise and hands-on proficiency in the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of HPLC systems
